you had to write an outline, give it to the teacher who is your coordinator for ee, and then the teacher signs a piece of paper with the information that you have done enough research, your outline is approved and so on (there are squares with 'yes' and 'no' to mark), and you give that signed paper to Podo.
it's a little messy but i hope you know what i mean.
